The 2nd Transnational Meeting of ETWINET, Erasmus+ project was an event that brought together contact persons and teachers of each representative country once again from all partner institutions involved in this strategic partnership in 04-05.06.2018 in Dumlupinar Bilim ve Sanat Merkezi, Afyonkarahisar, TURKEY.
The main objectives of the 2nd transnational meeting of the ETWINET project was all partners’ meeting in order to evaluate, disseminate and talk about the details of the final report on the results, completing the website with the questionnaires for evaluation in all languages, final evaluation of the project and closing ceremony.
During the last meeting we had some discussion sessions about the project quality and its contributions to all stakeholders like students, parents, teachers, etc. Also we discussed the content of the common project website, products to be uploaded to Erasmus+ project results and eTwinning twinspace and the final questionnaire measuring the project impact on our communities.
Preparations for the 2nd transnational meeting of the ETWINET, Erasmus+ project took place just after the last LTT held in Lithuania in April 2018. Turkish partner school made all the arrangements for this meeting, such as guiding partners to find the best hotels to accommodate, organizing arrivals at the school and hotels, providing information about the city’s culture and landmarks and the meeting agenda. As the meeting was held during fasting time, closing ceremony, fast-breaking meal and cultural activities were organized especially to reflect traditions and Ramadan spirit. Participant institutions made travel arrangements: booking the flights, buying the insurance, and preparing all the necessary information for the meeting.
The 2nd Transnational Meeting of ETWINET, Erasmus+ project took place for two days with the 1st day revising project application guide. The working session included the official opening of the meeting and roundtable focusing on discussing all priorities and agendas, such as closing of the project, evaluating the activities and products done so far. After the presentation it started the roundtable meeting where all the above matters were discussed and decided. The program ended up with visiting national education directorate of the city.
During the 2nd day of the meeting partners mostly focused on mobility tool, updated ourselves about this platform to complete the final report in a right way.
After this session, we had a city tour to show our partners teachers the culture, lifestyle of the city.
As the representatives of partner schools, we discussed about how to complete the final report in the best way. So, we prepared a document in google.docs including all questions concerning the partner schools’ work. Thus we will be able to share and integrate our knowledge of the last 2 years of the project.
We prepared a table of project products which must be uploaded and described in Erasmus+ Project Results. Each representative of the school will fill in this table with their own and common project products and in the end project coordinator will upload them to the necessary platform. We also decided to update our own project websites and upload our work to project eTwinning twinspace.
